Q: What material is your jewelry made of? 

A: Our jewelry is primarily crafted from German Silver and other high-quality alloys, then finished with a unique oxidation process to achieve the dark, antique ‘silver look’ patina.

Q: Why does the jewelry look blackish?

A: The dark tone is intentional! This is the result of the oxidation process, which enhances the intricate details and gives the jewelry its desirable ethnic, vintage look.

Care & Maintenance

Q: How should I clean my oxidized jewelry? 

A: Do NOT use commercial silver polish. Gently wipe your pieces with a soft, dry cotton cloth after each use to remove sweat or makeup. Store each piece in its separate airtight pouch to prevent moisture exposure.

Q: Will the color fade?

A: The oxidized finish is highly durable. To preserve it, avoid direct contact with perfume, harsh soaps, lotions, and water (do not wear while showering or swimming).

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 7-Day Easy Exchange Policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Q: Do you offer refunds? 

A: We offer Store Credit for returns, not a direct monetary refund. Store credit allows you to easily choose any other item from our collection.

Q: What if I receive a damaged item?

A: Please contact us with a photo of the damaged piece within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and send a replacement immediately.
